Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between GGA Esports Global Academy Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “GGA”) and users (“Users”) in connection with the use of the services provided by the Company (the “Services”), which include all services made available by the Company regardless of the type of device (wired or wireless) used to access them.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. “Services” means all services provided by the Company, regardless of device type (web, mobile web, game-linked services, etc.).
  2. “Paid Services” means Services or digital content that can be accessed or used only after paying a fee to the Company through procedures designated by the Company.
  3. “Fees” means the amount paid by a User to the Company in order to use Paid Services.
  4. “User” means any person who can use the content and related Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  5. “Content” means any data or information expressed in codes, letters, voices, sounds, images, videos, etc., used on an information and communications network, produced or processed electronically so that its preservation and use is efficient.
  6. “Member” means a User who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and uses the Services provided by the Company.
  7. “Account” means an identifier (such as an email address) consisting of a combination of letters, numbers, or special characters selected by the Member and certified by the Company for the purpose of identifying the Member and enabling use of the Services.
  8. “Account Information” means the information provided by the Member to the Company such as the Account, nickname (e.g., Riot account nickname), and game record information, as well as information generated in the course of using the Services.
  9. “User Content” or “Posts” means any information or material (text, documents, images, sounds, videos, links, files, or any combination thereof) that a Member uploads, posts, or otherwise makes available within the Services.
  10. Any terms not defined in this Article shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and general commercial practices.
